A Windows Mobile application to collect and display current results for a local golf event. 

Participants, handicaps, and starting points are entered in advance.  As the round progresses, entries are collected at various checkpoints with results displayed.  Sample displays include Skins, Current Location, Rank by Score.

The system can drive a Mobile web application to drive a virtual scoreboard or be accessible on a standard cell phone w/ mobile web capablities.
